FIRST POST WOOOO!
Thought I'd start us off with a skill that everyone should know since onion is in a lot of recipes. This blew my mind the first time I saw how to do it. Don't waste time chopping it into rings and then stacking them and turning the slices this way and that trying to dice it. It won't be pretty. Chop it like a ninja.
